Your Contact Information
Wacom encourages you to create a store account to make it easier to purchase in the future. When creating an account, some of your contact information (like name and shipping address) will be kept on-file for you to use in the future to pre-populate fields during the order process.
Contact information is used to help us fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing your order, this contact information is important to helping us get in touch with you.
Your Financial Information
Wacom collects standard financial information from customers during the order process. We do not collect information outside of what is necessary to process your order. Financial information is not retained by Wacom or any other processing partner longer than necessary to complete the transaction.
Customer information collected during the order process in the Wacom Store is transferred and stored securely. Wacom protects your sensitive information (such as name, address, password, and credit card number) during the transaction process by encrypting the data during the transmission from your computer to our Web server.
When purchasing from an online source, you want to look for SSL-protection on a website by looking for a padlock and the https:// prefix in the URL address. Wacom also displays an SSL Site Seal so that you can view our certificate's status and details, seeing for yourself that it's safe to send sensitive information to Wacom.
