Except for software and consumable items such as the pen nibs, we guaranty our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. In returning warranted product to you, Wacom will pay for shipping on items using UPS or an equivalent shipping service, chosen by Wacom. For more information, please refer to returns.
