Shipping Details

Wacom uses several methods for shipping product.  We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available.  All orders ship from our Vancouver, WA warehouse.

All orders are subject to a one to four day processing period.  Delivery expectations begin on date of shipment, not the order date.  Wacom uses the best carriers in the business, but we are unable to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd day delivery.  

Wacom does not offer International shipping options at this time.

USPS Mail Innovations:  This method is best for packages under one pound with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 10 – 15 days for delivery).  US Postal Service shipments can ship to United States APO, FPO or PO Box addresses for packages under one pound.

  • There is a flat fee for this service of $5.00 per order.

UPS Ground*:  This method is best for packages over one pound with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 5 – 7 days for delivery).  Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door.

  • Orders over one pound and/or under $50 in value have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.
  • Orders over $50 in value qualify for free ground shipping. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available via free UPS ground shipping option.

UPS 2nd Day Air*:   This method is best for time-sensitive deliveries.  Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door.

  • Current carrier rates apply.
  • Package to arrive the second day after your order is processed and shipped from the Wacom warehouse (note that for weekends and holidays, this may not be from the time your order is placed).

UPS Next Day Air Saver*:   This method is best for highly time-sensitive deliveries.  Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door.

  • Current carrier rates apply.
  • Package to arrive the day after your order is processed and shipped from the Wacom warehouse (note that for weekends and holidays, this may not be from the time your order is placed).

**UPS orders require a physical address and cannot be shipped to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.

How to Expedite Shipping Your Order

Avoid delivery delays by including your full address, including company name if applicable, suite number, apartment number, floor number, building number, etc., and a valid phone number. 

We do use a third-party address verification system, so please enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement.  Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing or shipment of your order.

If your order is returned to Wacom as undeliverable from our shipping partners, you will need to place a new order entirely.  Please contact Customer Care to resolve your payment issue at 1-800-922-6613. 

Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and by double-checking for typos and other errors.

Your Order Details

The information that Wacom collects in the registration process will be used to process your order.  Phone number and email is needed in case we have an issue with the processing or fulfillment of your order. 

During the order process, you will need to provide financial information, such as your credit card number, expiration date, security code, and a valid phone number. This information is used for the billing and fulfillment related to your order, not for any other purpose.

If we have trouble processing an order, we will use the contact information you provided to get in touch with you. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties.

State Sales Tax

All orders shipped to addresses in California, New York, Texas, Pennsylvania and Washington will be charged the appropriate state sales and/or local tax. The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.

If you are tax exempt and shipping to CA, NY, TX, PA or WA, please call Customer Care at 800-922-6613 to place your tax exempt order.

Non-Refundable Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
