To return your online purchase:
Wacom offers a 30-day return policy on products purchased in our store. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable. Please contact Wacom Customer Care via telephone at 360-896-9833 or 800-922-6613 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to Wacom. Please send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the location you received over the phone, accompanied by your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase date. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
To cancel your order/pre-order:
Orders placed on the Wacom.com Store enter the shipping process very quickly. Order cancellations are not possible after submitting the order, unless you have placed a pre-order. Pre-orders may be cancelled by calling our Customer Care team at 1-800-922-6613 or by emailing email@example.com. Please have your order number.
Upon discovery of a defect in the product (Hardware only):
If the product is within the Warranty Period, please contact Wacom Customer Care via telephone at 360-896-9833 or 800-922-6613 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for shipping the product to a service location designated by Wacom. Please send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the designated service location, accompanied by the RMA number, your name, address and telephone number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect. Wacom will pay for return shipping on warranty repairs by UPS or by an equivalent service chosen by Wacom. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
