Wacom offers a repair service for its products out of its American Headquarters in Vancouver, Washington. If you have an issue, please follow this process for obtaining repairs:
- Please contact Technical Care via email or telephone at 360-896-9833 or 800-922-6613 to discuss the issue that you are experiencing. When we have you on the phone, we will ask you several questions that will help us better diagnose the issue and determine whether we can help resolve your issue with our repair service.
- Should we identify issues with your Wacom product that we can repair, the Technical Care team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for shipping the product to Wacom.
- Please send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the location you received over the phone, accompanied by your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase date.
- Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
