Backorders

Why backorder?

Wacom allows customers to backorder products that are unavailable in the store.  This ensures that those who have submitted contact and payment information are first in line for products when products become available.  Once inventory arrives, fulfillment occurs on a first-come, first-serve basis for customers completing the backorder process.

Availability of product.

Currently, we are unable to supply email updates about product availability.  If we are given an estimated arrival date for products, it will appear on our product page.  Simply have a look at the our eStore product page if you'd like an update on an estimated arrival date.  This is the most practical way for us to provide information to large numbers of people who have placed backorders.

Some products arrive later than expected, and some arrive earlier.  For that reason, arrival date estimates are only estimates, and unfortunately we are not able to give guarantees. Rest assured, we are working to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can.

Some products are not available to backorder.

If the maximum number of backorders available for a particular product is reached, the product will be marked as 'Item Unavailable' and no more backorders will be accepted. This often happens with high-demand new products that are about to be released.

You may cancel your backorder at any time.

Backorders may be cancelled by calling our Customer Care team at 1-800-922-6613 or by emailing sales@wacom.com.  Please have your order number handy at that time.
